The University is seeking to appoint a member of the web team, helping to develop the University’s web corporate identity, producing graphics in the University’s web corporate identity style and applying graphic design to other sites across the University. The successful candidate will work with University Schools and administrative departments to implement the University’s web corporate identity and to provide technical input into the Web Support team.

Candidates must have a good honours degree in graphic design and the required blend of communication, technical and design skills. A working knowledge of mark-up languages including HTML is essential and knowledge of PHP is desirable. Candidates should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience of proof reading, general editorial skills and an awareness of the academic use of the Web is also essential.
